Our positions entail running and learning to set up different machines like mills, lathes, CNCs, grinders, etc. You are not be kept in one, boring place all day or pushed to make 1000s of parts in a day.

We are looking for Independent Sales Representatives that would be representing our company and working to get new RFQ opportunities. There will not be a major need for knowing exactly what our machines do, but should have an idea of what our machine shop does to serve its customers.

Compensation is commission based. Once a new customer is created, that customer would be commissioned on every order to follow whether going through the sales rep or directly through us. We have a high rate of repeat sales with current and new customers. Current potential to make $50,000+ annually entirely dependent on you.

Possible suitable reps would be:
- tooling distributors
- machine distributors
- material vendors
- ect...

Ideal for a person who has an interest in learning the machining and manufacturing field.

Responsibilities depend on shop needs and may include:

Grinding, deburring, & finishing parts
Measuring & sawing material
Pick tooling & materials
Move parts/material around shop using fork truck
Assist Machinists as necessary
Shop cleaning and organizing
Building Maintenance
Using hand tools to build wood crates

Requirements:

Basic mechanical and mathematical skills
Hard working and positive attitude
Stable work history
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
